Why a practice just for men?
Many men struggle with finding the language to express how they feel. They feel uncomfortable talking openly about what they perceive as failure, and find it hard to know where to turn when it becomes impossible to ignore disturbing feelings, behaviours and physical symptoms.
Counselling is designed to be a safe environment where you can be as frank as you want to be about what you're facing. Working with a professional counsellor gives you the opportunity to unlock the mysteries of your life without fearing ridicule or loss of control.
Kent Counselling for Men was set up “for men, by men” to make counselling more accessible for men. Since its inception, over 150 men have discovered hidden truths about themselves, and have come to terms with aspects of their lives that had previously been a complex mystery.
