Counselling for Men in Maidstone and Medway, Kent

Welcome to Kent Counselling for Men, a counselling practice run by men for men.

Why a practice just for men? Well, us men aren't that good at talking to others about what's going on for us. Men often think counselling is not for them, where counsellors will incessantly ask them "how does that make you feel", a question that many men are either cynical of, or unwilling or unable to answer.

I have been practicing since 2002 helping clients in a number of areas including anger, anxiety, bereavement, "mid-life crisis", coping with life, depression, identity issues, infertility, masculinity, personal growth, relationships, self esteem, sexuality, spirituality, stress and violence.

Availability and Costs

I have appointments available on two weekday mornings (currently Monday or Wednesday) and weekday evenings (Tuesday's and Thursday's). I also have sessions available on Saturday mornings.

Sessions last 55 minutes, and cost £20 for an evaluation session and £40 per session thereafter.

Maidstone Community Support Centre

Kent Counselling for Men covers Maidstone, the Medway towns (Rochester, Strood, Chatham and Gillingham), Sittingbourne and beyond. Maidstone Community Support Centre is ideally placed in Maidstone town centre (see Streetmap link), so it is also practical for Ashford, Sevenoaks and beyond.

There are numerous parking facilities near by, and good links by rail and road including the M20 and M2 motorways.
